After over a decade of culinary experience, he founded Fruition, which produces the finest small batch chocolates in the Catskill Mountains. They rely on a process that involves slowly roasting and stone grinding cocoa beans to accentuate their flavor, meaning that everything is perfectly crafted -- from bean to bar.
