For many generations my family has prepaired chrain this way, I also did it this way in my deli for 27 years —Leroy Feig

What You'll Need
  • 1 horseradish root 1
  • 1 ounce apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 can baby beets
  1. Peel root.grate,mix one ounce apple cider vinegar and one teaspoon sugar real well and add to the grated root. add baby beets and enough beet juice to color.
