Well, I learned this dish at my job in Beverly Hills. I is an amazing simple salad, i made some of my own changes to it like adding Balsamic Vinaigrette. —Chef Dweh

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 1 Medium Heirloom Tomato
  • 1 handful Burrata cheese, pulled into strips
  • 1 teaspoon Balsamic Vinaigrette
  • 1 handful Baby greens
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
Directions
  1. Slice one washed medium size heirloom tomato into 5 3/4" in. slices. Sprinkle salt, pepper, layering burrata cheese to all the slices. Take the baby greens in a bowl, adding a dash of salt pepper and balsamic vinaigrette and mix together. Start adding a few fingers full of the greens mixture and lay on each tomato, stacking them from large to small then transfer onto the plate.
