Ingredients

1/3 cup
rolled oats

2/3 cup
light coconut milk

1 tablespoon
pumpkin pulp

1 tablespoon
ground flaxseed

1 teaspoon
good vanilla extract

1 teaspoon
ground cinnamon

1 teaspoon
ground nutmeg

2 tablespoons
dried cranberries

1 tablespoon
slivered almonds
Directions

Mix ingredients in a microwave safe bowl or mug.

Microwave on high for 2 minutes or until cooked to the desired consistency.

Let cool for a minute or two.
