I went to Puerto Rico for my honeymoon. When I returned I was determined to try to keep the relaxed spirit of the trip and came up with my own version of the ubiquitous rum punch. It may not be a holiday punch but it's great poolside. —Summer of Eggplant

Ingredients
  • 1 1/4 cups light rum
  • 1 1/2 cups orange juice
  • 1 1/2 cups pineapple juice
  • 1/4 cup grenadine
  • 6 tablespoons Cointreau
  • 3/4 cup fresh lime juice
Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a pitcher, chill for 3 hours. Serve with a mango or orange wedge.
