Author Notes
This soup is the most satisfying, very very flavorful, extremely easy to make and very appealing!I bought this from "Morrisons" almost every week in the UK. The coriander gives it a very earthy taste and the carrot makes it sweet. It is a very nice combination of the two and packed with nutrition. When we moved,I could not find this at the supermarkets here in America and started making it myself. Now its a staple in my household all the year round. —Soni's Food
