Sour-sweet onion flan

  • Serves 4
  • 3 onion
  • 350gr cream
  • 50gr sugar
  • 2 tablespoons olive olil
  • 2 sprigs rosemary
  • 3 pinches salt
  • 100gr provolone cheese
  • 50gr flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 pinch salt
In This Recipe
  1. Slice onions. Braise them in a pan with olive oil and rosemary. Add salt and sugar and let become dark. Let cool down.
  2. Mix eggs with 250gr of cream, flour and minced provolone cheese. Add the onion at the mix. Put the mix in little bakink-pans. Baking for 10min at 180°C.
  3. Mix lemon juice with 100gr of cream and 1 pinch of salt.
  4. Serve the flan with cream and adorne with rosemary sprig. Keen appetite!!!! :-)
