I love french fries and sweet potato fries are the best. Instead of ketchup I decided a sweet raspberry preserve makes this snack the perfect combination of spicy, salty, and sweet. —nieceboo

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 1 large sweet potato
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon chile powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
  • 1 tablespoon flour
Directions
  1. Combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl and set aside. Peel the sweet potato and slice to desired thickness and size.
