I love french fries and sweet potato fries are the best. Instead of ketchup I decided a sweet raspberry preserve makes this snack the perfect combination of spicy, salty, and sweet. —nieceboo
Ingredients

large sweet potato

3 tablespoons
olive oil

1 tablespoon
sugar

1 tablespoon
salt

1 teaspoon
chile powder

1 teaspoon
paprika
-
1/2 teaspoon
cumin

1/4 teaspoon
cayenne

1 tablespoon
flour
Directions

Combine all the dry ingredients in a bowl and set aside. Peel the sweet potato and slice to desired thickness and size.

In a bowl mix toss the sweet potatoes in olive oil. Add the dry ingredients and toss with the sweet potatoes.

Spread potatoes in a single layer on a sheet pan. Cook at 375F for 25 minutes or until fork tender and slightly crispy.

Serve with your favorite raspberry preserves. Enjoy!
