The Perfect Snack

Makes: as many as you like


  • Slice of good bread
  • Sweet butter, room temp
  • Coarse Salt
  • 1-2 Thinly sliced radishes
In This Recipe


  1. Take a thick slice - preferably day old sour bread - slather with sweet butter.
  2. Top with very thinly sliced radishes.
  3. Sprinkle with Kosher salt.
