Ingredients
  • Meatballs
  • Ground Pork
  • Panko Bread Crumbs
  • Shallots
  • Scallions
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Fish Sauce
  • Lime Juice
  • Sugar
  • Quick Pickles
  • Cucumbers
  • Radishes
  • Salt
  • Rice Wine Vinegar
  • Thai Chili
  • Sugar
Directions
  1. Meatballs
  2. Mince scallions and shallots.
  3. Combine all ingredients thoroughly

  2. Thinly slice vegetables
  3. Salt and drain vegetables for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Rinse and purge vegetables and combine with other ingredients. Let stand for 20 minutes.
