Crostini: Red mullet with pesto spread

Serves 2

  • 2 slices of multigrain bread
  • 2 tablespoons Basil pesto
  • 2 filets of red mullet
  • 4 slices of tomato
  • Salt and pepper
  • Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons shaved Parmesan
  1. Grill the bread and spread pesto on each slice
  2. Place slices of tomato and the red mullet filet on the bread
  3. Season the taste and sprinkle with some olive oil

  5. Cook in the oven for 15 minutes on 350F One the fish is cooked, sprinkle shaved Parmesan on top
