This is from a Japanese friend, Kyoko. The recipe is in grams. I measured everything on my scale and it worked fine. The cereal I used was Nature's path Optimum. This seems to be a Japanese take on our rice krispie treats —Lynn abbot

Ingredients

60 grms
marshmallow
-
20 grms
unsalted butter
-
45 grms
cereal
-
40 grms
almonds
Directions
-
roast almonds until they are lightly browned
melt butter in a microwave-safe container (40sec on 500W)
add marshmallow and heat on 500 W for 1 min
mix well and add cereals and almonds.
press mixture into pan.
I use a glass pie plate for everything and usually double the recipe
