Fancy Vinaigrette

The beauty of this recipe is you can substitute just about anything for anything ... but I like it the way it's written. —Stephanie__

What You'll Need
  • 1/4 cup champagne vinegar (can use white wine vinegar too)
  • 1 tablespoon mustard (I use a smoky onion variety, but dijon is great too)
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • salt and petter to taste
  • 1 shallot minced
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  1. Combine vinegar, mustard, shallot and honey. Whisk in olive oil and salt and peppter.
