champagne vinegar (can use white wine vinegar too)

1 tablespoon
mustard (I use a smoky onion variety, but dijon is great too)

olive oil

salt and petter to taste

shallot minced

1 teaspoon
honey
Directions

Combine vinegar, mustard, shallot and honey. Whisk in olive oil and salt and peppter.
