Fresh Bottle guard
cup Condens milk
pieces Green cardimom
liters 3% Milk
In This Recipe
- Bring the milk to boil on a low heat flame. When you see the milk has started to thicken .
- Wash and grate the bottle guard in the bowl .Once the milk has started to thinken add the grated bottle guard to it . Let them cook till you realised that the bottle guard has become mushy and fully dissolved with the milk
- For decoration soak some saffron in the milk and slowly add it to the mix . Decorate it with almonds , pistachio . Let the mix cool Dow and spread it in nice backing tray and serve cold .
