Fresh Bottle guard

Bring the milk to boil on a low heat flame. When you see the milk has started to thicken .
Wash and grate the bottle guard in the bowl .Once the milk has started to thinken add the grated bottle guard to it . Let them cook till you realised that the bottle guard has become mushy and fully dissolved with the milk
For decoration soak some saffron in the milk and slowly add it to the mix . Decorate it with almonds , pistachio . Let the mix cool Dow and spread it in nice backing tray and serve cold .
