Makes: 4 cups

  • 1 Fresh organic maitake mushroom
  • 1/2 vanilla bean split open
  • 4 cups of spring water
  • 2 tablespoons of loose green tea leaves
  1. Place vanilla bean and mushroom in 4 cups of water. Simmer on low heat for 10 minutes. Remove from heat. Allow the brew to cool down. Add green tea leaves and steep for 4 to 5 minutes.Strain and enjoy.
