Ingredients

1 pound
Skirt Steak

1 dash
Salt

1 dash
Fresh cracked or chefs grind black pepper

1 handful
Emerils' Original Essence

Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 dash
Garlic Powder
Directions

Liberally brush both sides of the steak with Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Liberally shake on the following: Garlic powder, Emeril's essence, salt and pepper. Let sit at room temperature for at least 30 minutes to One Hour.

Heat your grill. Cook steak about 3-4 minutes per side until medium rare. Remove tent with aluminum foil for about five minutes to rest. Then cut in thin slices against the grain and on a bias. Serve at once.
