Serves 2-6 people

  • Pidy ready to fill canapés
  • Strips of smoked salmon
  • Crème fraiche
  • Dried or chopped fresh dill
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. Slice the smoked salmon in to thin strips and roll in to small ball and place on to each canapé .
  2. Season the crème fraiche and add a small amount on to the canapé, sprinkle some dried or fresh dill on to each canapé before serving.
