Serves 2-6 people
- Pidy ready to fill canapés
- Strips of smoked salmon
- Crème fraiche
- Dried or chopped fresh dill
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Slice the smoked salmon in to thin strips and roll in to small ball and place on to each canapé .
- Season the crème fraiche and add a small amount on to the canapé, sprinkle some dried or fresh dill on to each canapé before serving.
