Ingredients

Handful of rocket leaves

Handful of spinach leaves

4-5 sliced baby tomatoes

1 finely chopped spring onion

Handful of chopped chives

75g of cubed cheddar cheese

A handful of cheddar sprinkles

1 tbsp olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste
Directions

Mix all the vegetables and salad together then season with olive oil, salt, pepper then mix in the cheddar sprinkles.
