Ingredients

12 ounces
whole cranberries

3/4 cup
sugar

1
orange squeezed of juice

1 tablespoon
grated ginger

1 teaspoon
grated lemon zest

2 tablespoons
fig vinegar
-
2
cinnamon sticks
-
1
squeeze of fresh lemon
Directions
-
Place all ingredients in saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and continue cooking until all the berries have popped.
Remove cinnamon sticks and cool.
Add a squueze of fresh lemon
Refrigerate or serve at room temp.
Can be made a couple of days ahead.
