  • 1 beet
  • 3 carrots
  • 1 piece ginger
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 1 sweet apple
  • 1 bunch Kale
  • 5 sprigs spinach
  • 3 tablespoons Dulce seaweed..(harvested before Fukishima)
  1. these are the ingredients for the FRESH Juice... The Pulp... is what makes the balls..
  2. Take the pulp and mix 1 cup whole wheat flour.. or almond flour, 2 organic eggs , tsp salt. roll into small balls.. fry in sunflower oil as you would meat balls... keep turning till all sides are browned. add to your marinara sauce, or alfredo, or pesto sauce!
