after making fresh juice each am.. i wanted to use the pulp.... so.. I made crackers... and I made meatballs... well Meatless balls.. but they taste the same!! i just can't find the cool name.. Brinkley Balls? lol —Robbie Nicole Brinkley

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 3 sprigs celery
  • 1 beet
  • 3 carrots
  • 1 piece ginger
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 1 sweet apple
  • 1 bunch Kale
  • 5 sprigs spinach
  • 3 tablespoons Dulce seaweed..(harvested before Fukishima)
Directions
  1. these are the ingredients for the FRESH Juice... The Pulp... is what makes the balls..
  2. Take the pulp and mix 1 cup whole wheat flour.. or almond flour, 2 organic eggs , tsp salt. roll into small balls.. fry in sunflower oil as you would meat balls... keep turning till all sides are browned. add to your marinara sauce, or alfredo, or pesto sauce! Viola! no waste.. and they are Yummy!!

Great idea! Found your recipe because I have a lot of veg pulp and am tired of crackers. I'll be using a different combo of pulps, so could you please let me know how many cups (or oz) of pulp you combine with the 1 cup of flour and 2 eggs? Many thanks.
