handful Arugula

Honey, drizzled

lemon, juice

Directions
- Place a full handful of arugula into a bowl, toss it with a half a lemon's worth of lemon juice.
- Cut two pears into 24 pieces (6 slices per half, this was the perfect bite size!)
- Assemble four to five arugula leaves on top of each pear slice, and wrap with a half of a slice of prosciutto, lengthwise.
- Once arranged on your platter, and just before serving, drizzle with honey.
