Pears (ripe)

Prosciutto

Arugula

Honey, drizzled

lemon, juice
Directions

Place a full handful of arugula into a bowl, toss it with a half a lemon's worth of lemon juice.

Cut two pears into 24 pieces (6 slices per half, this was the perfect bite size!)

Assemble four to five arugula leaves on top of each pear slice, and wrap with a half of a slice of prosciutto, lengthwise.

Once arranged on your platter, and just before serving, drizzle with honey.
