Author Notes: All my favorite ingredients in one glass - kale, blueberries, almonds, cinnamon and more! I make smoothies practically every day, and this is the one I go to when I'm feeling the most 'green deprived'. It's beautiful, delicious and super easy to make - even when you're late for work...which I usually am! ;) —Lindsay Appel
- 2-3 cups Almond milk (or milk of your choice)
- 4 Kale leaves
- 1/2 cup Blueberries
- 1/2 cup Plain yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon Cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon Flax meal (optional)
- 3 Ice cubes
- Handful Almonds
- Handful Pumpkin seeds
- De-stem the kale, peel the banana and throw everything into a blender. Blend on high for about 30 seconds and serve!
