All my favorite ingredients in one glass - kale, blueberries, almonds, cinnamon and more! I make smoothies practically every day, and this is the one I go to when I'm feeling the most 'green deprived'. Almond milk (or milk of your choice)

Blueberries

1/2 cup
Plain yogurt

1/2 teaspoon
Nutmeg

1 tablespoon
Cinnamon

1 tablespoon
Flax meal (optional)

Ice cubes

Almonds

handful
Pumpkin seeds
Directions

De-stem the kale, peel the banana and throw everything into a blender. Blend on high for about 30 seconds and serve!
