What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 4 cooked chicken breasts
  • 4 green onions chopped
  • 1 to 2 cans of black olives
  • 1 to 2 jars of marinated artichokes
  • 1 pkg. of cooked chicken rice a roni
  • 3 cups Mayonaise
Directions
  1. Chicken Salad 4 chicken breasts 4 green onions 1 to 2 cans of sliced black olives 2 jars of marinated artichoke hearts with juice 1 pkg. Mixed Chicken Rice Roni Mix all of the above with approximately 3 cups of mayonnaise and enjoy!
  2. Good as a salad or for sanwiches.
