Author Notes

This incredible salad dressing is easy light and flavorful. It's great on all varieties of salads. I plated a handful of Arugula with some heirloom tomato slices and dressed with this homemade Goat Cheese and Balsamic Vinaigrette. Talk about waking up the taste buds! It’s sooooo good. —Gaia Goodness Natural Foods

Ingredients
  • 3 tablespoons softened Goat Cheese (I used the one with herbs)
  • 1/4 cup good quality Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 pinch Sea Salt
  • 1 pinch Cracked Black Pepper
  • 1 dash of garlic salt
Directions
  1. Using a fork, mix all ingredients together in a bowl until the Goat cheese is smooth. The dressing will be a thick creamy espresso color. Drizzle it over an arugula and tomato salad (or any salad of your choice) and enjoy!!
