Using ready-made mix, this bread is an easy, savory take on pancakes.
Ingredients
- 2 cup Pancake Mix, prepared according to package directions
- 5 ounce Cojita Cheese
- 1/3 cup Whole, raw cashews
- 3 Chopped scallions

Directions
- Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a loaf pan.
- Step 2
Prepare pancake batter according to package directions, using 2 cups worth of mix.
- Step 3
Add in cheese + scallions
- Step 4
Pour into loaf pan. Sprinkle the top with whole cashews.
- Step 5
Bake for 50-60 minutes, until a knife comes out clean.
