large carrots

hot dog bun

1 bunch
sauerkraut

drizzle of honey

squirt of brown mustard

1 splash
oil
Directions

Toss the carrots in oil and spices and put on the grill for 30 minutes until caramelized and soft.

Put on a toasted bun

Top with sauerkraut, honey, and mustard.
