pound Wild Salmon Fillets
cup Hot and Sweet Mustard
tablespoon Sugar Free Maple Syrup
teaspoon Ground Pepper
cup Walnuts (Finely Chopped)

- Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Wash and pat dry salmon fillets, place on parchment lined baking dish.
- In a bowl mix together, mustard, maple syrup, salt, and pepper. Brush the fillets with the mustard mixture. Lightly pressed the chopped walnuts onto the fillets.
- Cover with foil and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until flaky.
