Start your day with a Raw Breakfast Parfait with Spirulina Milk by Modern Veganista —Modern Veganista

  • Serves 1
Ingredients
  • Dry
  • 1/2 cup Oats, gluten free
  • 1 tablespoon Dried Apple
  • 1 tablespoon Almonds, activated
  • 1 tablespoon sweet cacao nibs
  • 1 tablespoon apricots, dried, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla powder
  • 1 tablespoon maca powder
  • Liquid
  • 1 cup cashew milk
  • 1 tablespoon spirulina powder
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds, ground

Directions
  1. In a maison jar add and layer the oats, apple, almonds, apricots and top with cacao nibs.
  2. Then place cashew milk, spirulina and pumpkin seeds into a vitamix or high speed blender and pulse on high for one minute.
  3. Pour the finished milk over the dry ingredients and enjoy.
