What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 1 ounce London gin
  • 0.5 ounces Aperol
  • 0.5 ounces lemon juice
  • 0.25 ounces honey
  • 3 ounces sparkling Brut rosé
  • 1 orange peel, for garnish
Directions
  1. Add the first four ingredients (gin, Aperol, lemon, and honey) to a shaker or covered glass, add ice, and shake.
  2. Double strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass and finish with sparkling rose.
  3. Garnish with orange peel, and serve.

It’s very fruity and floral but not too sweet (which is a good thing in my book). I like that it has common enough ingredients, nothing that is hard-to-find or single use. The taste is lighter than I thought it would be given all the booze in it. It's a nice cocktail, but I am not going to rush and make another one.
