A delicious twist on hummus with the addition of Kalamata olives. Great with pitta bread, breadstick etc.. —The Flexitarian
Ingredients

14 ounces
can chickpeas

10 ounces
jar of chargrilled artichoke hearts in oil

garlic cloves

lemon juice

Kalamata olives
Directions

Drain chickpeas.

Drain artichokes reserving the oil.

Put all the ingredients (plus 1 Tbsp of the reserved artichoke's oil) in a blender and whizz to a smooth paste.
