Author Notes: A delicious twist on hummus with the addition of Kalamata olives. Great with pitta bread, breadstick etc.. —The Flexitarian
- 14 ounces can chickpeas
- 10 ounces jar of chargrilled artichoke hearts in oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 lemon juice
- 20 Kalamata olives
- Drain chickpeas.
- Drain artichokes reserving the oil.
- Put all the ingredients (plus 1 Tbsp of the reserved artichoke's oil) in a blender and whizz to a smooth paste.
- Season to taste
