Serves: 1

  • 1/4 avocado
  • 1 cup combination of frozen blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, or blackberries
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 large handful of kale, stems removed
  • 1/2 tablespoon agave
  1. Throw all ingredients in a blender and liquify. If mixture is too thick, add a little more water or milk.
