- 1/4 avocado
- 1 cup combination of frozen blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, or blackberries
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 large handful of kale, stems removed
- 1/2 tablespoon agave
- Throw all ingredients in a blender and liquify. If mixture is too thick, add a little more water or milk.
