Serves 2-3

  • 1 head of cauliflower
  1. To prep the cauliflower, remove any leaves at the base and trim the stem. Cut into tiny trees.
  2. Bring water to a boil and toss in cauliflower trees!
  3. After cauliflower is cooked, drain the water. Use a food processor or knife to cut cauliflower into rice-size pieces.
