- To prep the cauliflower, remove any leaves at the base and trim the stem. Cut into tiny trees.
- Bring water to a boil and toss in cauliflower trees!
- After cauliflower is cooked, drain the water. Use a food processor or knife to cut cauliflower into rice-size pieces.
