Ingredients
  • 3 pounds POTATOES
  • 8 ounces SHREDDED MOZZARELLA CHEESE
  • 1 cup PARMESAN CHEESE
  • 1/4 pound BUTTER
  • 2 cups MILK
  • 1 teaspoon SALT AND PEPPER
Directions
  1. PEEL AND THEN BOIL POTATOES
  2. MASH POTATOES AND ADD THE REST OF THE INGREDIENTS--PUT IN CASSEROLE DISH---COOK AT 400 FOR 15 MINUTES, THEN PUT ON BROIL TILL BROWN
