Fresh cubed pumpkin

Olive Oil

Salt
Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Toss pumpkin in salt and olive oil.

Line baking sheet with parchment paper.

Spread cubes of pumpkin on baking sheet and bake until pumpkin is soft and slightly charred at corners.
