- Fresh cubed pumpkin
- Olive Oil
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Toss pumpkin in salt and olive oil.
- Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Spread cubes of pumpkin on baking sheet and bake until pumpkin is soft and slightly charred at corners.
