Chop down and mash the avocado and shallot. Press down the garlic and lemon and add pepper. Mix the guacamole and set aside. For a little more sting pour 3+ drops Tabasco sauce for the best taste.
Boil the water and add pasta.
Pour the olive oil in a skillet. Chop then the other shallots and zucchini and mushrooms. Fry it light. Then cut up the tomatoes and the basil and then add it to the pan.
When pasta is done, mix it with the guacamole and add the vegetables to the pan and then you have a complete meal.
PS. Do you have chicken left over from yesterday, you can of course also reheat it in the pan with the vegetables and also have in it.
