Ingredients

2 cups
grated carrots

11/2 cup
milk
-
2
shallots
-
1 tbs
chopped nuts
-
1 tablespoon
sugar
-
1 tablespoon
ghee ( clarified butter)
Directions

Pressure cook carrot with milk up to 2 whistles
Let it cool. Heat ghee in a small pan and add chopped shallots and nuts. Saute for few minutes .Transfer everything in blender along with sugar and blend until smooth and creamy. Serve chilled or warm with toasted nuts
