Author Notes: This bright, herb-rich salad is the perfect starter to any meal and takes about 60 seconds to come together. CAVA

Serves: 4-6

  • 2 8-ounce containers Cava Foods Quinoa Tabbouleh
  • 1/2 cucumber, diced
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  1. Toss quinoa tabbouleh with feta, cucumber, and olive oil. Drizzle with fresh-squeezed lemon juice and garnish with a sprig of mint.
  2. Enjoy!
