Ingredients
-
2 cups
low-sodium salsa
-
2
15-ounce cans low sodium black beans, rinsed and drained
-
1
15-ounce can white hominy
-
2 cups
vegetable stock
-
1
lime, juiced
-
low-fat shredded cheddar cheese
-
sliced jalapeños
-
baked tortilla chips
Directions
-
Place salsa in a large saucepan over medium-high heat and bring to a boil.
-
Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes, or until most of the excess liquid has been reduced.
