Kendra-this looks so good..can you please amend this recipe as to how many cups of popped popcorn it takes..? There are those of us who do not use prepackaged microwave popcorn due to the chemicals. Thank you :)

How do you stop the popcorn from getting a bit soggy with all the toppings?

I want to make this, but also prefer to use an air popper, so I looked around to see how many cups microwave popcorn bags yield. It seems that bags make around 12-13 cups to a bag. I also did see some diet popcorn bags that yield around half, about 6.75 cups-I don't think that this is the standard size, but thought I'd throw it here too, just to be safe. I think I'll pop 13 cups and I'll have to eyeball things when adding the popcorn. If I make it I'll try to add another comment on how much popcorn I use. This looks amazing to me! I can't wait to make it. :)

Yes please give cups of popcorn to yummy Nutella mixture. I will never make microwave popcorn. The chemicals are horrible.

That is exactly what I want to know. I don't use microwave popcorn so I just need to know how many cups of popcorn to make! (I really hate recipes that use convenience foods.)

This seems like the perfect Academy Awards night snack! What exactly is "one bag of popcorn"? They come in a few sizes. Does anybody have a sense of how many popped cups we are talking about, or do I go with trial and error? Thanks.

This stuff is addictive! It's super sweet, so we added a few grindings of salt to balance the sweetness a bit. Be careful not to overheat the nutella mixture or the chocolate will seize.

Ohhhhh, that's what happened to me! I think I'll use a double boiler next time.

Wish I could get into the habit of reading comments before I try recipes. Just ruined a second bowl of chocolate mixture. Is it totally a waste now or can I recover?
