- 2 large bananas
- 1/2 cup baby spinach leaves
- 1 large apple
- 1 large pear
- 3 walnuts
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1 teaspoon flax seeds
- 3-4 ice cubes
- Remove seeds from apples and pears. You may remove the skin of the fruits but it is advisable to use them whole since a lot of nutrients are packed under the skin.
- In a blender, blend all the ingredients until smooth. Serve cold.
