Serves 6-8

  • 2 cups Brown Rice
  • 1 cup Frozen Peas thawed
  • 1 cup Cilantro
  • 1 cup parsley
  • 1 cup Arugula
  • 1 cup grated parmesan
  • 1/2 cup Sunflower seeds
  • 2 tablespoons ponzu sauce
  • 1/2 cup Olive oil
  • salt
  • Pepper
  1. Cook rice in rice cooker
  2. mix finely chopped parsley, cilantro and arugula with parmesan, peas and sunflower seeds. add olive oil and ponzu
  3. season with salt and pepper
