Guacamole Party Dip

Serves: 6


  • 2 Ripe Avocados
  • 4-6 Cherry Tomatoes
  • Half Yellow Pepper
  • 1 Small Red Onion
  • 2 Scallions
  • 2-3 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 Sliced Lemon
  • 1 or 2 Favored Hot Sauces
  • Salt Flakes
In This Recipe


  1. Mash the avocados with a fork.
  2. Chop yellow pepper, red onion, tomatoes, scallions and garlic and mix with Avocados
  3. Mix in Salt and favored Hot Sauce(s). (I prefer a habanero and Chipolte)
  4. Slice lemon to place on top in fridge to keep crushed avocados from turning brown and squeeze in some juice.
  5. Chill in fridge for at least an hour and serve with Salted Nacho chips and beer.
