Author Notes: Can't say this enough: simple great ingredients, make for simply delicious bites! Try these: Fresh ‪ricotta‬, smoked ‪salmon‬ and a drizzle of Culinary Argan Oil. 12 month aged ‪Manchego‬, ‪‎fig‬ ‪‎jam‬ topped with Culinary Argan Oil.

Ingredients

  • 1/3 teaspoon Fresh Ricotta
  • 1 piece Smoked Salmon
  • 1 dash Culinary Argan Oil
  • 1 piece 12 Month Aged Manchego
  • 1/4 teaspoon Fig Jam
  • 1 dash Culinary Argan Oil

Directions

  1. Choose your favorite crostinis. We use a simple one for the salmon/ricotta and a rosemary/raisin for the manchego/fig.
  2. Lay out your crostinis and fill them accordingly.
  3. 3 simple ingredients for 1 great bite!
