Author Notes

This recipe uses Gochujang or Korean Chili Bean Paste, that is available at most Asian grocery stores. Gochujang lends to the fried rice, a multitude of complex flavors; it's rich, sweet, spicy and salty all in one bite. —fusionrecipes.com

Lost a lot of respect for food52 on this one. Do they have AI just spitting things out?

If anyone is confused by the lack of direction in the use of the eggs and gochujang, here is a more complete version of the same recipe here: http://fusionrecipes.com/recipes/korean-inspired-gochujang-fried-rice

This recipe needs to be edited... it calls for eggs and gochujang, but does not include them. Perhaps they are meant merely as inspiration?

There is no mention of the eggs in the directions.
