asparagus spears, trimmed
salt, to taste
cracked pepper, to taste
lemon, zest and juiced
freshly grated parmesan cheese
In This Recipe
Heat grill over medium heat, or preheat oven to 375 degrees. Arrange asparagus in enough foil to create edges. Drizzle with dressing and season with salt and pepper. Toss gently to coat evenly.
Grill, or roast, until tender. This should take about 10 to 15 minutes. Remove from heat and sprinkle with lemon zest and juice and freshly grated parmesan.
