What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 1 bunch asparagus spears, trimmed
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1 pinch salt, to taste
  • 1 pinch cracked pepper, to taste
  • 1 lemon, zest and juiced
  • 1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
Directions
  1. Heat grill over medium heat, or preheat oven to 375 degrees. Arrange asparagus in enough foil to create edges. Drizzle with dressing and season with salt and pepper. Toss gently to coat evenly.
  2. Grill, or roast, until tender. This should take about 10 to 15 minutes. Remove from heat and sprinkle with lemon zest and juice and freshly grated parmesan.
