vy, what a LOVely dish! And the appearance of it, your stellar photo, is so much of the appeal. I was just thinking, if someone did filo cups instead of pastry dough, it would be a pretty darn fast preparation! Thank you for the inspiration!
p.s. So many of us have had problems w/ ingredients disappearing from our entered recipes, so you're not alone there!
