A paleo twist on asian stir-fry, this sesame chicken & broccoli is drenched with garlic & spice with a kick of sriracha heat. A healthy & low-calorie entree with simple ingredients that makes a vibrant addition to your weekly meal plan. —Megan Olson

What You'll Need
Ingredients
  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into 1 inch pieces
  • 3 1/2 cups fresh, pre-cut broccoli, can also buy frozen and thaw in advance
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil or coconut oil
  • 3 tablespoons white rice vinegar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder (I really like garlic)
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper chili flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • salt/pepper to taste
Directions
  1. Warm oil in a large sauté or stir fry pan on the stovetop
  2. Add broccoli to pan, stirring frequently cook ~7 minutes until broccoli begins to soften
  3. Add to pan cut chicken, seasonings & white rice vinegar
  4. Cook ~10 minutes turning frequently until chicken is cooked through
  5. Serve & top with sriarcha hot sauce (optional)
