Ingredients
  • 180 Grams almond paste
  • 140 Grams ground almonds
  • 200 grams Sugar
  • 40 Grams Cocoa powder
  • 100 Grams dark chocolate 70%
  • 2 Ripe bananas approximately 200gras
  • 150 milliliters Can coconut cream or milk
  • 3 tablespoons Coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon Backing powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • Vanilla essence
Directions
  1. Turn on the oven at 170 degrees celcius Oil a round 20cm baking tin.
  2. Put the bananas, almond paste, sugar, and coconut milk in food processor and blend until everything is smooth.
  3. Melt the coconut oil wth the chocolate.
  4. Mix everything together in a big bowl and stir in all the rest of the ingredients.
  5. Bake for approximately 45-50 minutes. The cake is somewhat moist, so leave it to cool completely before taking it out of the tin.
  6. Serve with fresh raspberries.

After 7 years. Sorry, anyway I alternated it with 200 grams sugar
